About the Course

The Service Design (SD) module comes under the list of accreditations in the ITIL® Service Lifecycle work stream. It primarily put emphasis only on the design of IT services and includes the architectures, processes, policies and documentation which enable individuals to design services that meet the needs of the organization or program.

The design process is significant to the continued improvement and development of services within the IT lifecycle. This module primarily enlighten individuals with techniques that are required to develop, manage and integrate service design into the IT Service management process.
