The Black Belt training course is the third one in Six Sigma Belt sequence. This course is distributed into two modules. The very first module explains about Six Sigma Yellow Belt in which the main components of Sigma are discussed. Adding more, it will also cover Green Belt in which delegates can build their knowledge acquired at the Yellow Belt level. They are further introduced with DMAIC (Define, measure, analyze, improve and control) model. The second model focus on Black Belt itself.
At the end of the day, Black Belt offers everything to the delegates that are required to establish themselves as Six Sigma experts. They will be familiarized with a number of tools that they can use to analyze where business development should occur.
After getting certified with Black Belt you can be an efficient manager possessing extensive analytical skills further allowing them to generate appropriate solutions to different business problems. On the final day of your training, students will be able to implement DMAIC methodology effectively and manage Six Sigma projects successfully.
