Certified in the governance of enterprise IT (CGEIT) is a certification that tests, validates and certifies IT governance skills, knowledge and practical experience of an individual. It is developed, maintained, tested and monitored by ISACA. CGEIT is generally pursued and obtained by individuals having advisory, management and assurance of IT governance roles and duties within an organization.
